Abstract

"ESTRATéGIAS DE DESLOCAMENTO OTIMIZADAS COMO FUNçãO DA LARGURA DE TIRA". Um processo para otimização de estratégias de deslocamento como função da largura de tira para aproveitamento o melhor possível das vantagens da tecnologia CVC/CVC¬ plus¬ na operação do deslocamento orientado a aresta de tira em armações de 4/6 cilindros, abrangendo respectivamente um par de cilindros de trabalho (10) e cilindros de apoio (12) em uma armação de 4 cilindros e, adicionalmente, um par de cilindros intermediários (11) em armações de 6 cilindros, sendo que ao menos os cilindros de trabalho (10) e os cilindros intermediários (11) cooperam com dispositivos para o deslocamento axial, é caracterizado pelo fato de que pela previsão das posições de deslocamento (VP) dos cilindros de trabalho/intermediários deslocáveis (10, 11) em função da largura de tira, o cilindro de trabalho (10) é posicionado em diversas posições (P) relativamente à aresta de tira (14) e dentro de diversas faixas de largura de tira (B) é então predeterminada a posição de deslocamento (VP) do respectivo cilindro por função inicial linear peça por peça.
