Abstract
"TIRAS DESCARTáVEIS E MéTODO DE DETERMINAçãO DA PORCENTAGEM DE HBA1C NA HEMOGLOBINA". A presente invenção proporciona um sistema micromecânico para a realização de ensaios com vistas a determinar a presença de um ou mais produtos de análise selecionados numa amostra. O dispositivo compreende uma base e uma tira descartável com pelo menos um poço de reação e pelo menos um membro móvel capaz de deslocar fluidos e partes através dos fluidos num poço de reação definido. Os reativos nas câmaras de reação e/ou membros móveis reagem com a amostra, de modo a produzir uma mudança fisicamente detectável. As partes móveis são capazes de realizar movimentos que misturam, deslocam componentes de reação, permutam ou sistematicamente liberam reativos para alvos no cartucho. Os sensores na base são configurados para detectar e/ou quantificar a presença de uma amostra no poço de reação e de produtos de análise na amostra. O sinal é convertido numa saída numa janela de exposição visual sobre a parte externa da base.
