Abstract

"BOILER DE GASEIFICAçãO PARA COMBUSTìVEIS SóLIDOS". A invenção abrange um boiler de gaseificação para a queima de combustíveis sólidos, especialmente para fardos de palha, com objetivos de aquecimento e produção de água quente. A invenção caracteriza-se por apresentar uma combustão e uma separação de cinzas otimizada. A tarefa da invenção consiste na execução da queima total de pequenas partículas, da maneira mais completa possível, sendo que as cinzas deverão ser separadas e retiradas completamente do gás de combustão antes da permuta de calor. De acordo com a característica 1, o compartimento de combustão e gaseificação apresenta depressões laterais, as quais estão localizadas lateralmente e próximas à grade central e ao compartimento de queima. Nessas depressões acumulam-se as partículas maiores, sendo que somente as partículas mais finas são conduzidas para o compartimento de queima através do gás de combustão. De acordo com a característica 2, a saída do compartimento de queima apresenta uma unidade adicional em forma de câmara de queima cilíndrica. Através dessa câmara de combustão posterior, o período de queima sofre um considerável aumento, sendo que desta forma, as partículas pequenas recebidas e os gases parcialmente oxidados podem ser completamente queimados. De acordo com a característica 3, a câmara de combustão apresenta uma unidade adicional em forma de separador de cinzas cilíndrico.
