Abstract

"UNIDADE DE CORTE, ESPECIALMENTE PARA TORNEAMENTO POR PENETRAçãO E CILìNDRICO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de corte, especialmente para torneamento por penetração e cilíndrico que apresenta um gume principal (2) que é seguido nos dois lados por um gume auxiliar (4), bem como tendo uma câmara de aparas puncionadas (10), voltada na direção do gume principal (2) e câmaras de aparas de torneamento cilíndrico (11), alocadas a cada um dos gumes auxiliares (4). Degraus de aparas seguem a câmara de aparas puncionadas (10), ou seja, as câmaras de aparas de torneamento cilíndrico (11), formando uma parte dos flancos de uma nervura condutora de aparas (8) que é configurada arqueada com a abertura do arco voltada na direção do gume principal (2). Entre os cantos de gumes (5), formados entre o gume principal (2) e os gumes auxiliares (4), e as extremidades (12) da nervura condutora de aparas (8) é criado um formador de aparas de canto (13).
