Abstract
"MATERIAL MAGNéTICO MACIO E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um material magnético macio tendo uma ótima resistividade elétrica e um método para a produção de um tal material magnético macio. O material magnético macio compreende uma pluralidade de partículas magnéticas de compósito (30). Cada uma das partículas magnéticas de compósito (30) compreende uma partícula magnética de metal (10) e uma película de revestimento isolante (20) que cobre a superfície da partícula magnética de metal (10) e contém pelo menos uma substância selecionada do grupo consistindo em óxido de zircónio, óxido de alumínio e óxido de silício. O material rmagnético macio tem uma resistividade elétrica de não menos que 3.000 <109><87>cm e não mais que 50.000 <109><87>cm, e uma permeabilidade magnética <109> de não menos que 2.000 e não mais que 4.000. Um método para a produção de um tal material magnético macio compreende uma etapa para formar com pressão uma compactação pela compressão de uma pluralidade das partículas magnéticas do compósito (30) e uma etapa para submeter a compactação a um primeiro tratamento térmico em não menos do que 400<198>C e não mais do que 900<198>C.
