Abstract
"MATERIAL COMPOSTO EM CAMADAS PARA MANCAIS DESLIZANTES, BUCHAS PRODUçãO E USO DOS MESMOS". Em materiais compostos em camadas para mancais deslizantes ou buchas de mancal procura-se usar camadas antifricção livres de chumbo. De acorde com a invenção, é proposto um material composto em camadas, com uma camada de suporte, uma camada de metal antifricção (3) de uma liga de cobre ou uma liga de alumínio, uma camada intermediária de níquel (2) com uma espessura de >4 <109>m e uma camada antifricção (1) de aproximadamente 0- 20% em peso de cobre e/ou prata e restante, bismuto. A camada antifricção é depositada galvanicamente de um eletrólito de metilsulfonato.
