Abstract

"DIBENZO¢B,F!OXEPINA-10-CARBOXAMIDAS E USOS FARMACêUTICOS DAS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I) onde X é O, NH, N(C~ 1-4~)alquila, CO ou CHOH, Y é CH ou N, A e B são cada um hidrogênio ou formam juntos uma segunda ligação entre os átomos de carbono aos quais eles estão ligados, R~ 1~ é hidrogênio ou (C~ 1-4~)alquila, R~ 2~ é (C~ 1-8~)alquila, (C~ 3-7~)cicloalquila, (C~ 3-7~)cicloalquil(C~ 1-4~)alquila, arila ou heteroarila opcionalmente substituída, R~ 3~ é CH(R~ e~)CONR~ a~R~ b~ ou (CH~ 2~)~ n~NR~ c~R~ d~, n é 0,1 ou 2, R~ a~, R~ b~, R~ c~ e R~ d~, independentemente, são hidrogênio ou (C~ 1-8~)alquila, (C~ 3-7~)cicloalquila, (C~ 3-7~)cicloalquil(C~ 1-4~)alquila, (C~ 7-9~)bicicloalquila, 1-aza-(C~ 7-9~)bicicloalquila, arila, aril(C~ 1-4~)alquila, heteroarila, heteroaril(C~ 1-4~)alquila ou heterociclila opcionalmente substituída, ou R~ a~, R~ b~, R~ c~ e R~ d~, junto com os átomos de nítrogênio aos quais eles estão ligados, formam um grupo pirrolidina, piperidino, morfolino ou piperazinila opcionalmente substituído, R~ e~ é (C~ 1-6~)alquila, (C~ 1-4~)alcóxi(C~ 1-4~)alquila, (C~ 3-7~)Cicloalquila ou (C~ 3-7~)cicloalquil(C~ 1-4~)alquila, e R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~, R~ 7~, R~ 8~ e R~ 9~, independentemente, são hidrogênio, (C~ 1-4~)alquila, (C~ 1-4~)alcóxi, (C~ 1-4~)alquil-SO~ 2~, ciano, nitro ou halogênio; a um processo para a preparação de tais compostos da fórmula (I), seu uso como um agente farmacêutico, especialmente no tratamento de distúrbios neurológicos e vasculares relacionados com geração e/ou agregação de beta-amilóide e a composições e combinações farmacêuticas compreendendo tais compostos da fórmula I.
