Abstract

La presente invencion pertenece a compuestos de la formula (I), en donde X es O, NH, N(C1-4)alquilo, CO o CHOH, Y es CH o N, A y B son cada uno hidrogeno o juntos forman un segundo enlace entre los atomos de carbono a los cuales estan adheridos, R1 es hidrogeno o (C1-4)alquilo, R2 es (C1-8)alquilo, (C3-7)cicloalquilo, (C3-7)cicloalquilo(C1-4)alquilo, arilo o heteroarilo opcionalmente substituidos, R3 es CH(Re)CONRaRb o (CH2)nNRcRd, n es 0, 1 o 2, Ra, Rb, Rc, y Rd, independientemente son hidrogeno o (C1-8)alquilo, (C3-7)cicloalquilo, (C3-7)cicloalquilo(C1-4)alquilo, (C7-9)bicicloalquilo, 1-aza-(C7-9)bicicloalquilo, arilo, arilo(C1-4)alquilo, heteroarilo, heteroarilo(C1-4)alquilo o heterociclilo, opcionalmente substituidos, o Ra, Rb, Rc, y Rd juntos con el nitrogeno al cual estan adheridos forman un grupo pirrolidinilo, piperidino, morfolino, o piperazinilo, opcionalmente substituido, Re es (C1-8)alquilo, (C1-4)alcoxi(C1-4)alquilo, (C3-7)cicloalquilo o (C3-7)cicloalquilo(C1-4)alquilo, y R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 y R9, independientemente son hidrogeno, (C1-4)alquilo, (C1-4)alcoxi, (C1-4)alquilo-SO2, ciano, nitro o halogeno; a un proceso para la preparacion de los compuestos de la formula (I), a su uso como farmaceuticos, especialmente en el tratamiento de padecimientos neurologicos y vasculares relacionadas con la generacion y/o agregacion beta-amiloide, y a composiciones farmaceuticas y combinaciones que comprenden los compuestos de la formula 1.
