Abstract

"VEìCULO A MOTOR COM FREIO AUXILIAR E MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR A MUDANçA DE VELOCIDADE DURANTE A MUDANçA DE MARCHA DE UM TAL VEìCULO". A presente invenção se refere a um veículo a motor com um motor de combustão interna e com uma transmissão, compreendendo pelo menos um primeiro dispositivo de frenagem e um segundo dispositivo de frenagem, onde o primeiro dispositivo de frenagem atua diretamente sobre pelo menos alguma das rodas do veículo e onde o segundo dispositivo de frenagem atua sobre as rodas de tração do veículo por intermédio da transmissão e está disposto antes do dispositivo de embreagem da transmissão. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido veículo a motor está caracterizado pelo fato de que o referido primeiro dispositivo de frenagem está ativado quando o referido segundo dispositivo de frenagem está em um estado ativado e quando uma operação de mudança de marcha é iniciada. A presente invenção também se refere a um método para a obtenção de uma mudança de velocidade controlada durante uma operação de mudança de marcha para um veículo a motor com um motor de combustão interna e com uma transmissão, método que é aplicado para o veículo anteriormente definido; e bem como a um programa de computador compreendendo um código de programa; e se refere ainda a um produto de programa de computador compreendendo um código de programa armazenado em uma mídia (em um meio) que pode ser lida por um computador para a implementação das etapas de método conforme definidas nas reivindicações de patente acompanhantes.
