Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A MANIPULAçãO DE MATERIAL DE RESìDUO GERADO EM UM PROCESSO METALúRGICO". A presente invenção se refere a um método para o aperfeiçoamento da filtrabilidade e do resultado de lavagem de material de resíduo finamente granulado gerado na indústria metalúrgica. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que antes da filtração, material de resíduo precipitado de gipsita (sulfato de cálcio hidratado, gesso natural) finamente granulado formado no mesmo processo é adicionado no referido primeiro material de resíduo, que é um precipitado de ferro gerado durante a fabricação de zinco, a quantidade do precipitado de gipsita a ser adicionada sendo de 10 % -30 % da quantidade do precipitado de ferro, um tamanho de partícula do precipitado de ferro estando na região de menos do que 30 <109>m e o tamanho de partícula do precipitado de gipsita sendo de pelo menos duas vezes tão grande quanto o tamanho de partícula do precipitado de ferro, e de que os precipitados permanecem estáveis na mesma espécie de condições.
