Abstract
"MATERIAIS ESTRUTURAIS E OUTROS COMPóSITO, E MéTODOS PARA PREPARAR OS MESMOS". De acordo com a presente invenção, desenvolvemos materiais estruturais e outros compósitos tendo propriedades de desempenho superiores, incluindo resistência compressiva elevada, resistência à tração elevada, resistência ao cisalhamento elevado, e relação de resistência para peso elevada, e métodos para preparar os mesmos. Os materiais da invenção têm os benefícios adicionados de facilidade de fabricação, e são baratos para fabricar. As propriedades de desempenho superiores dos materiais da invenção tornam tais materiais adequados para uma ampla variedade de usos finais. Por exemplo, uma variedade de substâncias pode ser aplicada aos materiais da invenção sem fusão, dissolução ou degradação da estrutura básica destes. Isto facilita a ligação de materiais da invenção a virtualmente qualquer superfície ou substrato.
