本发明提供了一种水泥微珠保温材料及其生产方法,属于一种建筑保温材料及其生产方法,所述保温材料由微珠复合料、42.5R水泥、微泡剂、水按配比制成,微珠复合料由微珠、SeaL80、MH6001P6、重质碳酸钙、石英砂按配比制成,微泡剂由蒸馏水、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、氢氧化钠按配比制成,这种水泥微珠浆料保温材料耐老化性能好,使用寿命长,强度高、抗冲击,防火阻燃,隔音、隔热、节能效果好,生产成本低,施工方便、周期短,可广泛用于墙体保温,地暖、楼顶保温,兼并墙的隔音,隧道填充层,地下上下水管道的保温和填充以及废弃油田的填充等。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种建筑用保温材料及其生产方法。
背景技术
多年来,混凝土、钢结构建筑物的墙体,一直采用聚苯板、薄抹灰保温处理。它聚苯板为保温层,以抹面砂浆、网格布、柔性腻子为保护层,用聚合物粘结剂粘结在墙体。由于聚苯板吸水性能特强,有一个小的裂纹进水就使整个墙体破坏,导致保温系统寿命大大缩短。这种聚苯板保温材料尽管添加了阻燃剂,但防火性能仍较差,使用的安全性低。施工时需另外搭支架和安全设施,工序繁琐,施工周期长,造成这种保温处理的造价较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种水泥微珠保温材料及其生产方法,以提高其使用寿命,降低成本。
本发明是这样实现的,一种水泥微珠保温材料,它由微珠复合料、42.5R水泥、微泡剂、水按下述配比制成:
微珠复合料    100重量份
42.5R水泥     80-100重量份
微泡剂        0.3-1重量份
水                140-160重量份
制成其中的微珠复合料的原料配比为,
微珠              3-12重量份
SeaL80            0.2-0.6重量份
MH6001P6          0.4-0.9重量份
重质碳酸钙        2-6重量份
石英砂            2-8重量份
制成其中的微泡剂的原料配比为,
蒸馏水            6-13重量份
十二烷基硫酸钠    1-3重量份
十二烷基磺酸钠    0.5-2重量份
氢氧化钠          0.5-1.5重量份。
所述的生产方法是,
将微珠、重质碳酸钙、石英砂按配比投入螺旋混合搅拌机内,搅拌40-50分钟后,再按配比投入SeaL80和MH6001P6并搅拌均匀,制成微珠复合料;
将十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠按配比送入反应釜内,再按配比放入蒸馏水和氢氧化钠,在45-55℃温度并在搅拌下反应5-7小时,制成微泡剂;
按配比将水、微珠复合料、42.5R水泥送入搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后按配比将微泡剂放入搅拌机中,搅拌3-4分钟后,制成水泥微珠保温材料。
这种水泥微珠浆料保温材料耐老化性能好,使用寿命长,强度高、抗冲击,防火阻燃,隔音、隔热、节能效果好,生产成本低,施工方便、周期短,可广泛用于墙体保温,地暖、楼顶保温,兼并墙的隔音,隧道填充层,地下上下水管道的保温和填充以及废弃油田的填充等。

下面进一步说明本发明。
所述的微珠可以是粉煤灰空心微珠,也可以是玻璃、陶瓷等其它材料的空心微珠。
SeaL80是一种聚合物憎水剂,这种聚合物主要是改善保温材料的表面防水性能,并防止因烈日曝晒而裂缝。
MH6001P6为甲基羟乙基纤维素。它具有水溶性、温度可逆胶凝性、增稠、粘结、润滑性和抗酶性等特性。因此广泛用于增稠、胶凝化、乳化、分散稳定、保水、提高和易性等场合。
本发明之保温材料的施工方法是,将水、微珠复合料、42.5R水泥、微泡剂搅拌后形成砂浆,直接涂抹在墙面等施工部位。随后,可在其外表面进行铺网格布以及抹面砂浆等处理,以提高其表面强度。然后,可采取与水泥砂浆相似的养护措施进行养护。
下表是山东省建筑质量监督检验测试中心以Q/SMQ001-2007为参考检验依据,对本发明之水泥微珠保温材料施工在墙面上且进行养护后进行的检验的结果。

1.一种水泥微珠保温材料,其特征在于,它由微珠复合料、42.5R水泥、微泡剂、水按下述配比制成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种水泥微珠保温材料的的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的生产方法是,
将微珠、重质碳酸钙、石英砂按配比投入螺旋混合搅拌机内,搅拌40-50分钟后,再按配比投入SeaL80和MH6001P6并搅拌均匀,制成微珠复合料;
将十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠按配比送入反应釜内,再按配比放入蒸馏水和氢氧化钠,在45-55℃温度并在搅拌下反应5-7小时,制成微泡剂;
按配比将水、微珠复合料、42.5R水泥送入搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后按配比将微泡剂放入搅拌机中,搅拌3-4分钟后,制成水泥微珠保温材料。
