Abstract
本发明提供了一种动车组防弹隔墙,包括防弹装甲板主体,防弹装甲板主体内侧由内至外布置有内隔音垫和内防火板,防弹装甲板主体的外侧贴附有外隔音垫;防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.3‑2.7mm。防弹隔墙内置防弹装甲板主体,其厚度设置为2.3‑2.7mm,保证防弹隔墙整体的防弹能力,并减轻墙体重量。防弹装甲板主体的两侧均设置隔音垫,并在防弹装甲板主体的内侧,即靠近驾驶舱的一侧设置防火板,保证工作空间隔音能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及动车组技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种动车组防弹隔墙。
背景技术
现有动车组司机室后墙大都不具备防弹功能,即使防弹也只是针对手枪子弹而言,防弹功能薄弱,没有充分考虑动车组司机室的特殊安全需求。且动车组司机室后墙的材质一般选用胶合板,外露面为木质样式,美观度有待提高。
因此,如何提高动车组司机室的防弹能力,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种动车组防弹隔墙,以提高动车组司机室的防弹能力。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种动车组防弹隔墙,包括防弹装甲板主体,所述防弹装甲板主体内侧由内至外布置有内隔音垫和内防火板,所述防弹装甲板主体的外侧贴附有外隔音垫;所述防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.3-2.7mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述外隔音垫的外侧还贴附有蜂窝板,所述蜂窝板的外侧贴附有钢化玻璃装饰层。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述蜂窝板包括贴附于所述外隔音垫上的纸蜂窝板和设置于所述纸蜂窝板的外侧的铝蜂窝复合板。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述纸蜂窝板和所述外隔音垫之前设置有第一预浸料粘接层,所述纸蜂窝板和所述铝蜂窝复合板之间设置有第二预浸料粘接层。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.5mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述内隔音垫和所述外隔音垫的厚度均为0.9-1.2mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述纸蜂窝板的厚度为28-32mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述铝蜂窝复合板的厚度为6-10mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述钢化玻璃的厚度为3-5mm。
优选地,在上述动车组防弹隔墙中,所述防弹装甲板主体的周向环绕布置有防弹装甲板围边,所述纸蜂窝板围设于所述防弹装甲板围边内。
本发明提供的动车组防弹隔墙,包括防弹装甲板主体,防弹装甲板主体内侧由内至外布置有内隔音垫和内防火板,防弹装甲板主体的外侧贴附有外隔音垫;防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.3-2.7mm。防弹隔墙内置防弹装甲板主体,其厚度设置为2.3-2.7mm,保证防弹隔墙整体的防弹能力,并减轻墙体重量。防弹装甲板主体的两侧均设置隔音垫,并在防弹装甲板主体的内侧,即靠近驾驶舱的一侧设置防火板,保证工作空间隔音能力。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种动车组防弹隔墙,提高了动车组司机室的防弹能力。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,图1为本发明提供的动车组防弹隔墙的截面结构示意图。
本发明提供了一种动车组防弹隔墙,包括防弹装甲板主体1,防弹装甲板主体内侧由内至外布置有内隔音垫12和内防火板13,防弹装甲板主体1的外侧贴附有外隔音垫21;防弹装甲板主体1的厚度为2.3-2.7mm。防弹隔墙内置防弹装甲板主体1,其厚度设置为2.3-2.7mm,保证防弹隔墙整体的防弹能力,并减轻墙体重量。防弹装甲板主体1的两侧均设置隔音垫,并在防弹装甲板主体1的内侧,即靠近驾驶舱的一侧设置内防火板13,保证工作空间隔音能力。
在本案一具体实施例中,外隔音垫21的外侧还贴附有蜂窝板,蜂窝板的外侧贴附有钢化玻璃装饰层26。防弹装甲板主体1的外侧为乘客舱,在防弹隔墙上通常会架装电视等设备,为了提高防弹隔墙的承载能力,在外隔音垫上贴附蜂窝板,提高防弹隔墙的承载能力,并在蜂窝板的外侧贴附钢化玻璃装饰层,提高防弹隔墙美观性。
在本案一具体实施例中,蜂窝板包括贴附于外隔音垫21上的纸蜂窝板23和设置于纸蜂窝板23的外侧的铝蜂窝复合板25。蜂窝板包括内层纸蜂窝板23和外层铝蜂窝复合板25,通过纸蜂窝板23降低防弹隔墙重量,通过铝蜂窝复合板25保证其承载能力。
在本案一具体实施例中,纸蜂窝板23和外隔音垫21之前设置有第一预浸料粘接层22,纸蜂窝板23和铝蜂窝复合板25之间设置有第二预浸料粘接层24。预浸料是用树脂基体在严格控制的条件下浸渍连续纤维或织物,制成树脂基体与增强体的组合物,是制造复合材料的中间材料。通过第一预浸料粘接层和第二预浸料粘接层顺序连接外隔音垫、纸蜂窝板和铝蜂窝复合板,将三者复合为一体结构,进一步保证防弹隔墙的整体强度。
优选地,防弹装甲板主体1的厚度为2.3-2.7mm,更优选地,防弹装甲板主体1的厚度为2.5mm。内隔音垫和外隔音垫厚度均为0.9-1.2mm,优选为1mm。纸蜂窝板23的厚度为28-32mm,优选为30mm。
铝蜂窝复合板25的厚度为6-10mm,优选为8mm。钢化玻璃的厚度为3-5mm,优选为4mm。
在本案一具体实施例中,防弹装甲板主体1的周向环绕布置有防弹装甲板围边,纸蜂窝板23围设于防弹装甲板围边内。
防弹隔墙的防弹装甲板主体1靠近内侧布置,防弹装甲板主体1与各层采用偏心复合,即装甲板不在夹芯结构的中间部位,从而给嵌入式安装电视安装留下足够空间。
为了保证防弹装甲板主体偏心复合后防弹隔墙的整体稳定性,将防弹装甲板四周再用防弹装甲围边,纸蜂窝芯材填充在四周围边的“装甲盆”内,同时也解决了墙体与车体之间的连结和固定问题。
本实施例提供的动车组防弹隔墙,防弹性能满足《专用运钞车防护技术条件》(GA164-2005)B级防护要求,能有效防护79冲锋枪钢芯子弹射击,提高了动车组司机室的安全等级。

Claims (10)
1.一种动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,包括防弹装甲板主体,所述防弹装甲板主体内侧由内至外布置有内隔音垫和内防火板,所述防弹装甲板主体的外侧贴附有外隔音垫;所述防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.3-2.7mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述外隔音垫的外侧还贴附有蜂窝板,所述蜂窝板的外侧贴附有钢化玻璃装饰层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述蜂窝板包括贴附于所述外隔音垫上的纸蜂窝板和设置于所述纸蜂窝板的外侧的铝蜂窝复合板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述纸蜂窝板和所述外隔音垫之前设置有第一预浸料粘接层,所述纸蜂窝板和所述铝蜂窝复合板之间设置有第二预浸料粘接层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述防弹装甲板主体的厚度为2.3-2.7mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述内隔音垫和所述外隔音垫的厚度均为0.9-1.2mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述纸蜂窝板的厚度为28-32mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述铝蜂窝复合板的厚度为6-10mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述钢化玻璃的厚度为3-5mm。
10.根据权利要求4所述的动车组防弹隔墙,其特征在于,所述防弹装甲板主体的周向环绕布置有防弹装甲板围边,所述纸蜂窝板围设于所述防弹装甲板围边内。
