背景技术
现有居民住房上下楼之间有隔音效果不佳的缺点，仅依靠楼层的水泥板和铺在水泥板上的地板难以达到充分隔音的效果，并且传统产品单一对高频噪音和低频噪音的区分，不同充分阻挡各频率的噪音，从而影响居民之间的生活质量。此外，由于隔音材料多数为软状物体，其整体的力学强度不高，长期使用易变性，不美观。
鉴于以上原因，特提出本实用新型。

本实用新型提供一种墙体隔音垫，其隔音效果优异，力学强度高，不易变形，生产成本低。
一种墙体隔音垫，包括两层隔音木板，两层隔音板之间设有铝蜂窝板；铝蜂窝板的空间内填充有消音棉；其中一侧隔音木板外设置有隔音层，隔音层外设有粘结层；另一侧隔音木板外设置有防潮层，防潮层外设置有装饰层。
优选地，铝蜂窝板的厚度在5-10cm之间。
优选地，在隔音层和粘结层之间增加一层防潮层。
优选地，在隔音木板与防潮层之间还设有热熔毡阻尼吸音层。
本实用新型提供的一种墙体隔音垫，结构简单，实用性强，不仅提高了隔音防护垫的稳定性，同时也提高了牢固程度，整个过程安装方便，效果明显，且提高了隔绝噪音的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种墙体隔音垫，包括两层隔音木板2，两层隔音板2之间设有铝蜂窝板1；铝蜂窝板的厚度在5-10cm之间，优选8cm，此厚度的铝蜂窝板1的力学强度和吸音效果最佳。铝蜂窝板的空间内填充有消音棉。铝蜂窝板提高了隔音垫在受力时的稳定性，起到防护作用。其中一侧隔音木板外设置有隔音层，起到了加强消音的作用。隔音层外设有粘结层，可通过粘结层将隔音垫黏贴到墙体之上。另一侧隔音木板外设置有防潮层，防潮层外设置有装饰层。装饰层可以是带有海绵的软质的装饰面料。
为了进一步增加隔音效果，在隔音木板与防潮层之间还可设有热熔毡阻尼吸音层。此外，还可以根据实际需要，在隔音层和粘结层之间还可增加一层防潮层。
