Abstract
"MéTODO DE MELHORAR A OPERAçãO DE UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO". Descrito é um método de melhorar o processo e operação de um sistema existente para fabricar óxido de etileno. O sistema de fabricação de óxido de etileno inclui um sistema de reator de epoxidação contendo um volume de catalisador de epoxidação de alta atividade. O método inclui substituir uma porção do volume do catalisador de epoxidação de alta atividade com um volume de catalisador de alta seletividade, e modificar a operação do sistema de processo a fim de fornecer um mecanismo alimentador ao sistema de reator de epoxidação tendo uma concentração de dióxido de carbono reduzida.
