Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM TECIDO EM TECELAGENS DE LINHO E DE GAZE, BEM COMO MáQUINA DE TEAR PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção tem como objetivo concretizar tecelagens de linho e tecelagens de gaze em um tecido a ser produzido, dentro de um ciclo de tear, economizando elementos caros de formação de depósitos. Esse objetivo é alcançado de acordo com a invenção devido ao fato de que no tecido (9) são formadas ao mesmo tempo as tecelagens de linho (16) e as tecelagens de gaze (15) dentro de um ciclo de tear. Para a formação da estampagem de linho (16), os fios de urdidura (1~ L~, 2~ L~) adjacentes um ao outro, que servem para a formação do depósito superior e do depósito inferior, são alçados por uma mesma haste de lamela e de agulha (4) desde a posição do depósito inferior para a posição do depósito superior e, inversamente, são abaixados desde o depósito superior para a posição do depósito inferior, enquanto que para a formação da estampagem de gaze (15), de um modo em si conhecido, apenas os fios de urdidura (2~ D~) que formam o depósito superior são alçados pela haste de lamela e de agulha (4) desde a posição do depósito inferior para a posição do depósito superior e, inversamente, são abaixados da posição do depósito superior para a posição do depósito inferior.
