Abstract
"SENSOR DE HASTE COM OPERAçãO EM ALTA TENSãO E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e a um sistema para fabricar e usar dispositivos de comutação a vácuo. Um dispositivo de comutação a vácuo (105) tem uma haste de operação (120) para atuar um contato elétrico móvel dentro do dispositivo. A haste de operação (120) pode ser um vidro de epóxi oco Wc (205) com um sensor elétrico (210, 215) disposto dentro dele e pode haver um composto de preenchimento de polímero elastomérico (260) disposto dentro do tubo (205) e envolvendo o sensor (210, 215). A haste de operação (120) pode ser fixada ao contato elétrico móvel em uma extremidade por um encaixe de extremidade de aço (225, 230) que tem sido encaixado no tubo (205) por pressão e seguro com pelo menos um pino transversal (235). Deste modo, uma conexão eletromecânica muito segura pode ser feita entre a haste de operação (120) e o resto do dispositivo de comutação a vácuo (105), e o sensor (210, 215) é protegido de choque associado à operação do dispositivo.
