Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE áCIDO CARBOXìLICO". Composto ácido carboxílico representado pela fórmula geral seguinte (I), seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, um processo para a sua produção e um fármaco contendo o mesmo como o ingrediente ativo (I) onde R¬ 1¬ representa H ou alquila; m é 2 ou 3; n é um inteiro de a partir de O a 2; R 2 representa fenila, naftila, benzofurano ou benzotiofeno; Q representa -CH~ 2~-0-CiC1, -CH~ 2~-Cic2 ou L-Cic3; e R¬ 3a¬ e R¬ 3b¬ independentemente representam cada um hidrogênio ou alquila, ou R¬ 3¬a e R¬ 3b¬ independentemente representam cada um hidrogênio ou alquila, ou R 3a e R 3b representam juntamente tetraidro-2Hpirano. Pelo fato de possuirem antagonismo especificamente aos receptores PGE2 (em particular, receptor EP3 que é um dos seus subtipos), os compostos representados pela fórmula geral (I) são úteis na prevenção e/ou tratamento de coceira, dor, distúrbio urinário ou doenças induzidas por estresse.
