Abstract
"processo para a obtenção de esteróides seco derivados do ergostano". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção de esteróides seco derivados do ergostano, como as fisalinas, compreendendo as etapas de: (a) moagem de partes secas de planta(s) da família solanaceae; (b) tratamento das ditas partes de planta(s) da etapa (a) com solução salina de cloreto de sódio (tampão fisiológico) por um período de tempo apropriado; (c) filtração do soluto proveniente da etapa (b) e, então, particioná-lo em diclorometano ou solvente imiscível em água, como clorofórmio ou acetato de etila; (d) lavagem da fase orgânica resultante da etapa (c) com água destilada e posterior filtração em sulfato de magnésio anidro ou qualquer outro secante insolúvel em água; (e) evaporação da solução resultante da etapa (d) , fornecendo uma fração enriquecida em esteróides seco derivados do ergostano; (f) separação dos esteróides seco derivados do ergostano por cromatografia líquida de média pressão (mplc) e subseqüente caracterização espectroscópia.
