Abstract

"CONJUNTO DA VáLVULA DE INFLAGEM PARA UMA SEPARAçãO PARA ESCORAMENTO DE CARGA OU SACO DE AR DE CARGA". Um conjunto da válvula de inflagem, para uma separação para escoramento de carga ou saco de ar de carga, compreende um componente do flange anular que é adaptado para ser selado termicamente em uma parte da superfície interior de uma das camadas da bexiga inflável no saco de ar, e uma parte do bico rosqueada externamente para conexão fluídica da separação para escoramento de carga ou saco de ar de carga. o conjunto da válvula de inflagem também tem um componente do anel vertical substancialmente em forma de C disposto integralmente sobre a parte da superfície superior do componente do flange anular, e um componente da válvula de chapeleta tipo disco substancialmente plano, que tem uma configuração substancialmente circular, tem um parte da extremidade que é adaptada para ser presa fixamente sobre uma parte arqueada da parte da superfície superior do componente do flange anular por meio de uma barra de fixação que estende-se ao longo de uma extensão cordal do componente do flange anular. Partes de extremidade opostas da barra de fixação projetam-se radialmente para dentro uma em direção à outra de maneira a definir efetivamente um par de batentes dispostos em relacionamento oposto para manter o componente da válvula de chapeleta no seus estado aberto. Dessa maneira, a dimensão na altura ou perfil de profundidade do conjunto da válvula de inflagem inusitado e melhorado da presente invenção pode ser substancialmente reduzido, de maneira a possibilitar que o conjunto da válvula de inflagem facilite prontamente a selagem da bexiga inflável durante a sua fabricação.
