Abstract

"SISTEMA DE TRAVA DE SEGURANçA PARA VEìCULOS CICLOMOTORIZADOS". Consiste em um sistema destinado a segurança dos veículos ciclomotorizados (que contenham guidão, chassi e conjunto garfo dianteiro), através de uma trava (FIG.03), acoplada a uma abraçadeira (FIG.O1 num. 01), (parafusada), na parte dianteira do chassi do veículo, sendo também preso no conjunto de garfo dianteiro, abaixo do farol e acima da coluna direção inferior. A trava (FIG. 02) deve ser acoplada ao veículo virando todo guidão para esquerda, empurrando um pino (FIG. 01 num 08) que está no tambor da trava acoplada a uma abraçadeira (FIG.01 num.05) no conjunto garfo dianteiro, onde é encaixado á um furo no suporte do chassi deixando o guidão travado. O tambor (FIG.O1 num 05) também acopla uma tetra chave, que se girada por 1/8 o pino voltará para traz através de uma mola (FIG. 01 num 07), liberando o guidão do veículo. Através Desta adaptação torna-se possível assegurar proteção á veículos ciclomotorizados (que contenham guidão, chassi e conjunto garfo dianteiro), em situações onde seu condutor necessite de resguardar seu veículo durante sua ausência ou impotência de força maior, fazendo uso de um dispositivo eficaz e de fácil manuseio, sem alterações na estrutura do veículo e design."SAFETY LOCK SYSTEM FOR CYCLOMOTORED VEHICLES". It consists of a system for the safety of moped vehicles (which contain handlebars, chassis and front fork assembly), through a lock (FIG.03), coupled to a clamp (FIG.O1 num. 01), (bolted), in the front of the vehicle chassis, and is also attached to the front fork assembly, below the headlight and above the lower steering column. The lock (FIG. 02) must be attached to the vehicle by turning all handlebars to the left by pushing a pin (FIG. 01 num 08) that is in the lock drum attached to a clamp (FIG.01 num.05) on the front fork assembly. where it attaches to a hole in the chassis bracket leaving the handlebar locked. The drum (FIG. 1 num. 05) also engages a tetra key, which if turned 1/8, the pin will return back through a spring (FIG. 01 num. 07), releasing the handlebar of the vehicle. Through this adaptation it becomes possible to ensure protection to moped vehicles (which contain handlebars, chassis and front fork assembly), in situations where your driver needs to protect his vehicle during his absence or impotence of force majeure, making use of an effective device and easy to handle with no changes in vehicle structure and design.
