Abstract
"uso de um agente diferenciador em um método para monitoramento dos efeitos do dito agente diferenciador de patologia em um tecido, sistema para diagnóstico e mapeamento de uma anormalidade do tecido, aparelho para o diagnóstico e mapeamento in vivo de uma anormalidade do tecido". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e um mecanismo para a descoberta precoce não invasiva in vivo de alterações e mapeamento do grau dessas alterações, originadas nas características funcionais e/ou bioquímicas dos tecidos epiteliais durante o desenvolvimento de atipias, displasias, neoplasias e cânceres do tecido. o método é baseado, pelo menos, em parte, à medida simultânea das alterações espectrais, temporais e espaciais nas características da luz que é reemitida do tecido sob exame, como resultado de uma excitação combinada do tecido com luz e agentes químicos especiais. a administração sistemática e tópica desses agentes resulta em um aumento imperceptível de contaste entre as áreas normais e anormais do tecido. o mecanismo permite a captura de visualização temporariamente contínua em uma ou mais faixas espectrais simultaneamente. baseado nos dados avaliados, as curvas características que expressam a cinética de interação do tecido e o agente, assim como, os parâmetros numéricos derivados desses dados, são determinadas em qualquer ponto espacial da área examinada. o mapeamento e caracterização da lesão são baseados nesses parâmetros.
