Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "TUBO VORTEX PARA LIQuEFAçãO E SEPARAçãO DE COMPONENTES EM UMA MISTURA GASOSA". Um aparelho para liq³efazer um gás tem um bocal compreendendo uma porção de bocal convergente, uma garganta de bocal e uma seção de bocal divergente; e no caso de fluxo supersónico uma seção de trabalho. Ventoinhas ou outro mecanismo para criar uma velocidade de rede-moinho são conectadas ao bocal, para criar uma alta velocidade de rede-moinho em gás alimentado ao bocal. No bocal, o gás expande-se adiabaticamente, a velocidade do gás aumenta e a temperatura do gás cai, para promover a condensação de gás com formação de gotículas. Então, o gás passa pela seção de trabalho tendo uma parede, pelo que mais condensação de pelo menos uma porção do fluxo de gás ocorre e crescem gotículas de gás condensado. Efeitos centrífugos gerados pela velocidade de rede-moinho impulsionam as gotículas na direção da parede da seção de trabalho. Gotículas de gás líquido condensado são separadas de gás restante no estado gasoso pelo menos adjacente à parede da seção de trabalho.
