Abstract

"FIBRA DE TEREFTALATO DE POLITRIMETILENO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA" Fibra de tereftalato de politrimetileno composta de um tereftalato de politrimetileno (PTT) compreendendo não menos que 95 mols% de uma unidade de repetição de tereftalato de politrimetileno e tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca de 0,7 a 1,3, em que a fibra atende aos seguintes aspectos: (1) um grau de orientação cristalina de 88% a 95%, (2) um valor de pico de tangente de perda dinâmica (tan <sym>) máximo de 0,10 a 0,15, (3) uma temperatura de pico Tmax (°C) de tangente de perda dinâmica de 102 a 116 °C, (4) um alongamento em ruptura de 36 a 50%, (5) um valor de pico de tensão térmica estando entre 0,25 e 0,38 g/d, (6) um coeficiente de atrito dinâmico fibra a fibra de 0,30 a 0,50; e a fibra PTT tendo uma excelente processabilidade pode ser obtida através de um processo de estiramento em que o fio não estirado pode ser estavelmente estirado. A fibra PTT pode ser produzida por um PTT de fiação em fusão tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca de 0,7 - 1,3 a uma velocidade de retirada de 2.000 m/min, ou menos, para obter um fio não estirado, e então estirar e tratar com calor o fio não estirado por meio de um estirador-retorcedor.
