Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CILINDRO DE FECHO, ESPECIALMENTE PARA VEìCULOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um cilindro de fecho, consistindo em um núcleo de cilindro (10), que está alojado rotativamente em uma caixa de cilindro (20) e apresenta uma perfuração axial (11) perfilada. Um corpo rolante axialmente paralelo (25) está disposto em dito cilindro de fecho e sempre guiado com uma seção transversal parcial (26) e em uma passagem radial (14) do núcleo de cilindro (10). Quer haja uma posição inicial de rotação ou uma rotação de chave, o elemento de bloqueio (25) corre ou para dentro de uma ranhura interna (24) da caixa de cilindro (20) ou uma um recesso periférico (34) de um grupo de discos rotativos (30), que estão dispostos em uma perfuração (11) axial perfilada do núcleo de cilindro (10). De modo a aumentar a vida útil do cilindro de fecho, a invenção provê para que um elemento de mola (50; 28, 50') esteja disposto ao menos entre um dos discos rotativos (30) e o núcleo de cilindro (10). A carga de mola disso resultante bloqueia, via uma superfície de bloqueio provida no disco rotativo (30), o elemento de bloqueio (25) no alojamento de cilindro (20) de uma maneira que impede a rotação. O núcleo de cilindro (10) compreende, com uma seção axial do mesmo servindo para acomodar os discos rotativos (30), uma reentrância radial (12; 12') para o elemento de mola, e a reentrância (12', 12') está conectada via uma fenda (54) radial a uma perfuração (11) axial do núcleo de cilindro (10) que aloja os discos rotativos (30).
