Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ELEMENTO AQUECEDOR DE FILME FINO" é divulgado um elemento aquecedor de filme fino, capaz de suportar densidades de energia de 10-20 watts cm^ -2^ e/ou temperaturas até 650°C. A forma preferida do elemento aquecedor inclui uma camada de óxido de estanho, aditivada com quantidades relativamente grandes de cério e lantânio, depositada sobre um substrato isolante por pirólise de uma solução de tricloreto de monobutil estanho contendo os elementos de terra rara acima mencionados. A solução e a camada de óxido subseq³ente adicionalmente incluem elementos doadores e receptores, tais como o antimónio e o zinco, para aumentar a condutividade do elemento aquecedor.
