Abstract
"PROCESSO E SISTEMA DE CONTROLE ADAPTáVEL PARA CONTROLAR ADAPTAVELMENTE UMA OPERAçãO DE TORNEAMENTO EXECUTADA EM UMA PEçA DE TRABALHO POR UMA FERRAMENTA DE TORNEAMENTO". Sistema de controle adaptável para controlar adaptavelmente uma operação de torneamento executada em uma peça de trabalho por uma ferramenta de torneamento ajusta um parâmetro de operação de entrada controlada F para manter um parâmetro de operação de saída <30>M substancialmente a um valor predeterminado <30>M~ 0~ para compensar a variação do parâmetro de operação de saída <30>M causado pela variação de pelo menos uma condição de operação B = B(t). O sistema compreende um sensor (8) do parâmetro de operação de saída <30>M para prover um sinal U~ c~ proporcional a um valor corrente <30>M~ c~, e um controlador adaptável (10)para determinar um valor F~ c~ para o qual o parâmetro de operação de entrada F deve ser ajustado em função de kU~ c~, onde k é um coeficiente de transmissão de sinal que compreende um componente de coeficiente de transmissão de sinal invariável k~ 0~ inversamente proporcional a <30>M~ 0~. O controlador adaptável (10) inclui um amplificador (14) que transforma o sinal U~ c~ em k~ 0~U~ c~, e uma unidade de ultrapassagem de parâmetro de entrada (9) controlada para ajustar o parâmetro de operação de entrada controlado para F~ c~. O controlador adaptável (10) compreende adicionalmente um meio de processamento de correção (16) que calcula k~ c~U~ c~, onde k~ c~ é um componente de coeficiente de transmissão de sinal variável, cujos valores correntes dependem da variação da condição de operação B = B(t). O controlador adaptável (10) é capaz de calcular k = f(k~ 0~,k~ c~).
