Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"FERRAMENTA DE MOLDAR PARA PEçAS EM BRUTO DE DISCOS DE SUPORTE DE INFORMAçõES"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de moldar para a fundição injetada ou compressão injetada de peças em bruto de discos de suporte de informações (11) de matéria sintética de polimetacrilato, apropriada como componente de uma máquina de fundição injetada ou compressão injetada, sendo que a ferramenta de moldar consiste em duas partes de molde (1, 2), sendo que uma parte de molde (1) contém uma matriz (8) com os dados das informações e, junto com a segunda parte de molde (2), forma um espaço oco para uma peça em bruto de disco de suporte de informações, uma bucha de vazamento (4) para uma peça de vazamento (5), com entalhe (6), posicionado no centro, e, além disso, existem um cilindro de percussão (9), para corte da peça de vazamento (5) na ferramenta e um pino de ejeção (10), caracterizada pelo fato de que a fenda de injeção (SP) entre o entalhe (6) da peça de vazamento (5) e a peça em bruto de disco de suporte de informações (11) importa em menos de 0,3 mm e a fenda de corte (SN) entre a borda do cilindro de percussão (9) e a peça em bruto de discos de suporte de informações (11) importa em menos de 0,2 mm.
