Abstract

"DISCO VENTILADO PARA FREIO A DISCO". A invenção refere-se a um disco ventilado para um freio a disco, consistindo em um trilho de atrito (1, 2) e um cubo do disco (3) conectados por meio de pinos (10), que são parcialmente embutidos como inserções ancoradas de forma irremovível no material do trilho (1, 2) e parcialmente inseridos, de forma tal que eles possam deslizar livremente no sentido axial no material do cubo do disco (3), o referido trilho de atrito e o cubo do disco sendo obtidos em um único processo de fundição, pelo uso de um núcleo comum com os pinos mantidos no núcleo.
