Abstract
<B>PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DO FORMATO DA SUPERFìCIE DE TECIDOS BIOLóGICOS<D> A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a determinação do formato da superfície de um tecido biológico, sendo o tecido (8a) diretamente irradiado com um padrão de irradiação (26) produzido com a ajuda de uma irradiação de excitação (2), de modo que as regiões de tecido irradiadas sejam excitadas para emitir um padrão de fluorescência (14) constituído por uma irradiação de fluorescência (14), que é detectado e avaliado para o cálculo do formato da superfície do tecido (8a). Um dispositivo consoante a presente invenção para a condução do processo de acordo com a presente invenção apresenta pelo menos uma fonte de irradiação (1) para a produção de uma irradiação de excitação (2), meios para a criação de um padrão de irradiação (26) a partir da irradiação de excitação diretamente sobre o tecido (8a), de modo que as regiões de tecido irradiadas sejam excitadas para emitir um padrão de fluorescência (27) que é constituído por uma irradiação de fluorescência (14), pelo menos um dispositivo de detecção (12) para a detecção da irradiação de fluorescência emitida pelo tecido (8a) e uma unidade de avaliação para o cálculo do formato da superfície do tecido (8a) a partir da irradiação de fluorescência detectada (14).
