Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DISTúRBIOS DE FERTILIZAçãO"<D>. Processo de gerenciamento terapêutico de infertilidade por inseminação intra-uterina, o aperfeiçoamento consistindo de a) supressão dependente de dose de gonadotropinas endógenas, especialmente LH, com um antagonista de LH-RH permitindo a manutenção dos níveis fisiológicos do estrogênio, b) estímulo exógeno do crescimento folicular ovariano, c) indução de ovulação com HCG, LHRH nativo, agonistas de LHRH ou LH recombinante , d) inseminação intra-uterina, por injeção de esperma. Os antagonistas de LHRH podem ser preferivelmente Cetrorelix ou Antarelix. O estímulo é realizado por administração de HMG ou FSH recombinante, com ou sem LH recombinante ou com antiestrogênios, como por exemplo, Clomifeno, bem como com a combinação de antiestrogênios, como por exemplo Clomifeno com gonadotropinas.
