"IMPLANTE DENTáRIO SIMPLES INTRA-óSSEO" provido de uma base e de uma peça adicional, no qual a base apresenta uma seção de união positiva, na sequência da extremidade coronária em direção à extremidade cervical, provida de elementos de união positiva para a conexão à peça adicional, e uma seção centralizadora e a peça adicional, por sua vez, apresenta complementarmente um segmento de união positiva e um segmento centralizador, sendo que os elementos de união positiva da seção de união positiva estão dispostos a uma distância da face frontal da base. A seção centralizadora pode ser diretamente anexada à seção de união positiva. De acordo com uma outra forma de concretização vantajosa da invenção o anel obturador pode ser previsto entre a peça adicional e a base.
