Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO PURO A PARTIR DE UM áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO BRUTO, E, USO DE UM SAL SULFÈNICO DE FENOTIAZINA" A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de ácido (met)acrílico puro de um ácido (met)acrílico bruto, compreendendo os seguintes estágios: (A) tratar o ácido (met)acrílico bruto com pelo menos um composto que é capaz de remover aldeído com o propósito de obter um ácido (met)acrílico bruto livre de aldeído; (B) submeter o ácido (met)acrílico bruto livre de aldeído a um processo de destilação imprecisa, que produz uma fração de baixo ponto de ebulição contendo ácido (met)acrílico e ácido acético e uma fração de alto ponto de ebulição contendo compostos de alto ponto de ebulição; (C) separar um ácido (met)acrílico puro das frações de alto ponto de ebulição e opcionalmente (D) esterificar a fração de baixo ponto de ebulição contendo ácido (met)acrílico e ácido acético obtida em (B) com um ou mais alcanóis para produzir uma mistura de esterificação contendo um ou mais ésteres de ácido (met)acrílico, um ou mais ésteres de ácido acético e um ou mais alcanóis.
