Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DE DOIS ESTáGIOS DE EXAUSTãO DE VAPOR DE TANQUE DE COMBUSTìVEL OPERADA POR BóIA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA". Uma válvula de dois estágios para recuperação de vapor de reabastecimento a bordo de exaustão (ORVR) para controlar exaustão de tanque de combustível para uma lata de armazenagem durante enchimento de tanque. Um válvula de assento axial atuada por bóia tem um pequeno furo de exaustão de segundo estágio através dela. A válvula de assento axial é montada para movimento relativo com relação a um membro de válvula de exaustão de segundo estágio disposto na bóia. Durante o enchimento do tanque, a exaustão é através de uma primeira passagem de área de fluxo relativamente grande até que o nível crescente de combustível provoque a válvula de assento axial a fechar a área de fluxo de exaustão de primeiro estágio. A exaustão durante enchimento continuado é através do furo de exaustão de segundo estágio na válvula de assento axial. Depois do fechamento da válvula de primeiro estágio movimento relativo ou movimento perdido ocorre entre os membros de válvula de primeiro e segundo estágios.
