Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO DE AQUECIMENTO PARA UMA OPERAçãO DE SOLDAGEM E MéTODO PARA O MESMO"<D>. Aparelho e método de aquecimento para soldagem de um artigo de superliga. Em uma concretização preferida, os aparelho e método envolvem a soldagem de um artigo de superliga dentro de um envoltório equipado com um dispositivo de geração de radiação térmica que preaquece o artigo até um temperatura de pelo menos 815°C (1500°F) antes da soldagem. A invenção, mais particularmente, proporciona um revestimento termicamente refletivo (14) sobre um elemento refletor (10) posicionado adjacente ao dispositivo de geração de radiação térmica com a finalidade de refletir a radiação térmica emitida pelo dispositivo no envoltório. O dispositivo é, então, operado para aquecer o artigo de superliga até uma temperatura adequada, por exemplo, 815°C (1500°F) ou mais, após o que uma operação de soldagem é realizada no artigo de superliga.
