Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"LâMPADA INDUTIVA DE ALTA FREQuêNCIA E OSCILADOR DE POTêNCIA"<D>. Uma lâmpada sem eletrodo acoplada indutivamente de alta freq³ência inclui uma bobina de excitação com um comprimento elétrico efetivo que é menor que meio comprimento de onda de uma freq³ência de acionamento aplicada à mesma, preferivelmente muito menor. A freq³ência de acionamento pode ser maior do que 100 MHz e, de preferência, é tão alta quanto 915 MHz. De preferência, a bobina de excitação é configurada como uma superfície condutora não-helicoidal e semicilíndrica que possui menos de uma espira, na forma geral de uma aliança. A freq³ências altas, a corrente na bobina forma dois enlaces que estão espaçados entre si e paralelos um ao outro. Configurada apropriadamente, a bobina se aproxima de um configuração de Helmholtz. A lâmpada, de preferência, utiliza um bulbo envolvido num copo de cerâmica refletor com uma abertura preformada definida através do mesmo. O copo de cerâmica pode incluir características estruturais para auxiliar o alinhamento, e/ou uma face flangeada para auxiliar o gerenciamento térmico. A cabeça de lâmpada, de preferência, é uma cabeça de lâmpada solidária que compreende um compósito de matriz metálica que circunda uma cerâmica isolante com a excitação formada solidariamente sobre a cerâmica. Um novo oscilador de estado sólido, de preferência, fornece potência de RF à lâmpada. O oscilador é um dispositivo de um único elemento ativo capaz de fornecer mais de 70 watts de potência a um rendimento superior a 70%. Diversos circuitos de controle podem ser empregados para associar a freq³ência de acionamento do oscilador a uma pluralidade de estados de sintonização da lâmpada.
