Abstract

"APARELHO DE AJUSTE DE INTERVALO ENTRE MATRIZES" Um sistema redutor de espessura de lacas é dotado de um par de matrizes (2) previstas em relação oposta entre si sobre os lados superior e inferior de uma placa (1), um dispositivo oscilante (10) que movimenta para cima e para baixo as matrizes simetricamente em relação à placa através de eixos excêntricos ou eixos de manivelas, mancais superiores e inferiores (21,22) que suportam a rotação dos eixos excêntricos ou eixo de manivelas e um dispositivo deslocador de mancal que movimenta para cima e para baixo pelo menos um dos mancais. O dispositivo deslocador de mancal é constituído de macacos de rosca (27) que são fixados a uma armação principal (26) e aciona para cima e para baixo as caixas de eixo (25), ou uma chapa em cunha (28) ou uma chapa escalonada (29) que são inseridas entre e suportadas pela armação principal (26) e as caixas de eixo (25), assim a espessura de uma chapa após ser altamente reduzida pode ser facilmente ajustada utilizando as mesmas matrizes.
