Abstract

"FERTILIZANTES PRé-REVESTIDOS DE LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA E PROCESSOS PARA SUA PREPARAçãO" Fertilizante de liberação controlada formado a partir de granulos de nutrientes que possuem camadas de pré-revestimento ou intermediárias de óleo orgânico, tal como óleo de linhaça, antes da aplicação de uma cobertura polimérica encapsulante. O pré-revestimento pode também conter um agente de aglutinação, tal como argila fina, e um secante. A nova composição fertilizante é feita através de um processo de aplicar o óleo de pré-revestimento, porém não curá-lo a não ser após a cobertura encapsulante ser aplicada. O uso do pré-revestimento proporciona características mais desejadas de liberação controlada (retardamento) a um peso mais baixo de cobertura encapsulante, particularmente para núcleos nutrientes que possuem um número relativamente grande de descontinuidades ou imperfeições superficiais.
