Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA DETERMINAR TRANSFERêNCIA DE UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL PARA UMA DAS ESTAçõES BASE ADJACENTES à MESMA, EM UM CONTROLADOR DE ESTAçãO BASE, EM UM BSC, E EM UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL, E, DISPOSITIVO PRA DETERMINAR TRANSFERêNCIA EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL" Um sistema de comunicação móvel efetua transferência levando em consideração uma direção de viagem de uma estação móvel. Uma estação móvel mede intensidades de sinais piloto a partir de estações base adjacentes a ela e transmite informação sobre as intensidades medidas a um BSC. O BSC então seleciona uma das estações base como uma estação base alvo de transferência dependendo da informação de intensidade medida e informação de localização da estação móvel e das estações base. As ponderações são aplicadas às estações base adjacentes com base em uma direção de viagem da estação móvel, que é prevista de acordo com o movimento da estação móvel.
