Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA TRITURAR EFICIENTEMENTE UM PREENCHEDOR DENTAL PARTICULADO DE TAMANHO SUB-MìCRON DE ALTA PUREZA, E PARA PREPARAR UMA PASTA COMPóSITA DE RESTAURAçãO DENTAL". A presente invenção fornece um moinho vibratório (2) para triturar preenchedor de particulado tendo uma câmara de trituração (18), de preferência revestida com um polímero resistente à abrasão (16), a câmara de trituração (18) sendo carregada com contas de vidro (20) tendo um diâmetro na faixa de cerca de 0,1 mm a cerca de 10,00 mm, e um índice de refração substancialmente equivalendo aquele do preenchedor dental a ser triturado. é adicionalmente fornecido um processo de usar este moinho (2) e meio (20) para fornecer partículas trituradas substancialmente puras tendo um tamanho médio de partícula de menos que a comprimento de onda médio da luz visível, quando incorporadas em um composto restaurador dental, conferem boas propriedades ópticas ao material curado.
