Abstract

"CONTROLE DE FLUTUAçãO DE VISCOSIDADE EM DETERGENTES SUPERBáSICOS" Aumento ou flutuação de viscosidade ocorre em detergentes super-básicos com o tempo e particularmente em temperaturas elevadas. Flutuação de viscosidade é agora controlada pela adição de quantidades aditivas de um composto tendo um grupo oleofílico e ainda tendo funcionalidade hidroxila secundária. Adições deste agente de controle em quantidades de 0,1 a 5,0% e preferivelmente 0,25 a 1,0%, em peso efetuaram flutuação de viscosidade mínima de não mais que cerca de 10% em detergentes estocados por cerca de 4 semanas em temperaturas elevadas de cerca de 37°C a 82°C. O grau de controle de flutuação de viscosidade é proporcional à quantidade de agente controle adicionada ao detergente super-básico. Agentes de controle de flutuação de viscosidade preferidos são fenóis alquilados tais como dinomil fenol, óleos vegetais tais como óleo de canola e óleo de jojoba, e ácidos carboxílicos tais como ácido 12-hidroxi esteárico. O agente de controle de flutuação de viscosidade é particularmente eficaz para sulfonatos de cálcio super-básicos.
