Abstract

"TúNEL DE SECAGEM APERFEIçOADO APLICáVEL A FRUTAS E VEGETAIS" Descreve-se um túnel de secagem para frutas e vegetais adequado para reduzir a umidade de superfície na pele dos produtos, que se origina normalmente no processo de lavagem de tais produtos com a finalidade de livrar de quaisquer itens que se adiram aos mesmos, assim, melhorando sua aparência. O túnel de secagem aperfeiçoado aplicável a frutas e vegetais compreende um invólucro externo (1), equipado com um andar superior (2) e um andar inferior (3) ao longo dos quais uma cinta transportadora (3' ) trafega, arranjada em uma direção ascendente, limitada por meio de cortinas de ar (10), com um arranjo em série no andar de topo (2) de um evaporador refrigerador (6) e de um condensador (5), auxiliados por um compressor refrigerador (7), com ventiladores (4) localizados na superfície que separa o andar inferior (3) e o andar superior (2), um conduto (8) que comunica o andar de topo (2) e o andar de fundo (2) com filtros (9) que são colocados no sentido transversal com relação à direção do conduto (8).
