Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA A MOLDAGEM DE CURA DE PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO". Um pneu cru (7) fabricado em um suporte toroidal (10) é fechado em um molde de vulcanização (2). Vapor ou outro fluido sob pressão é alimentado para um espaço intermediário de difusão (18) que é formado, seguindo uma expansão do pneu (7), entre a superfície interna (7b) do dito pneu e a superfície externa (10a) do suporte toroidal (10). Um forro pré vulcanizado é previamente aplicado à superfície interna do pneu para impedir a difusão das partículas de água no material elastomérico cru.
