Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO INTERNO CONTìNUO, VULCANIZADO PARA PNEUS" A presente invenção se refere a um método aperfeiçoado de fabricação de um pneu pneumático, utilizando um sistema de vulcanização sem câmara. O pneu é construído em um tambor (26) de construção para pneus associado por meio do posicionamento de múltiplos componentes de pneu no tambor (26); um dos componentes sendo uma faixa de revestimento interno (28). De acordo com a invenção divulgada, a faixa de revestimento interno (28) é configurada com regiões pré - vulcanizadas (32). Estas regiões pré - vulcanizadas (32) são formadas por meio da vulcanização da faixa de revestimento interno (28) em uma ou mais regiões intermediárias das extremidades (30) da faixa (28). A faixa (28) é aplicada ao tambor de construção de pneus (26) e as extremidades (30) são unidas uma à outra.
