Abstract

Patente de invenção: <B>"EMBALAGEM TUBULAR COM UMA SELAGEM A QUENTE, TENDO UM REBORDO INTERNO E UM EXTERNO, E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR ESSA EMBALAGEM"<D>. Proporciona-se um método para fabricar embalagens tubulares de múltiplas camadas para produtos alimentícios, que inclui as etapas de aplicar um adesivo aquoso sobre uma superfície de uma camada do corpo em papelão e depois aquecer o adesivo aquoso para evaporar parte do teor de água e tornar o adesivo substancialmente pegajoso. A camada do corpo e uma camada de revestimento interno polimérica tendo uma camada de barreira contra umidade são depois ou são então alimentadas em um mandril modelador a partir de lados opostos e ligadas entre si conforme a embalagem vai sendo formada sobre o mandril, ou são primeiro passadas através de um mordedor para aderir a camada de revestimento interno à camada do corpo e depois enrolar em volta do mandril como um laminado, para criar a embalagem tubular. Conseq³entemente, pode-se fabricar uma embalagem tubular vantajosa tendo uma camada do corpo formada de papelão que é enrolada em formato tubular para definir uma superfície interna. A camada do corpo define um comprimento circunferencial predeterminado antes de ser enrolada, correspondendo a uma revolução da camada do corpo quando enrolada em um formato tubular. Uma camada de revestimento interno polimérica é aderida à superfície interna da camada do corpo e define um comprimento circunferencial igual ao da camada do corpo antes de ser enrolada. Conseq³entemente, a camada de revestimento interno é comprimida circunferencialmente quando a camada do corpo é enrolada em um formato tubular, e com vantagens, ela tem um acabamento superficial enrugado depois de ser enrolada, o que é causado pela compressão circunferencial da camada de revestimento interno. Outra característica da invenção é uma embalagem selada em camadas tendo uma selagem na extremidade formada por um par de rebordos interno e externo de um polímero que flui sob aquecimento, formando uma parte do revestimento interno e do lacre tipo membrana.
