Claims (6)

  1. 용기 뚜껑과, 그 뚜껑과 작동적으로 결합하는 형상의 용기 플랜지로 구성되는 제품으로서, 상기 뚜껑과 상기 플랜지는 그 뚜껑과 플랜지의 접합부에 형성된 맞물림파에 의해 서로 작동적으로 결합되고, 상기 맞물림파들은 상기 용기 플랜지의 제1물질 부분과 상기 용기 플랜지의 제2물질부분으로 부터 형성되고, 상기 용기 플랜지의 상기 제2물질부분으로 형성된 상기 맞물림과는 상기 뚜껑이 상기 용기로 부터 작동적으로 분리될때 상기 용기 플랜지와 더불어 잔류하는 상기 제품.
  2. 제1물질을 포함하는 제1시이트로 형성된 용기 뚜껑과, 기부 둘레로 부터 사방으로 연장하는 벽이 있는 용기로 구성되는 제품으로서, 상기 벽의 상부에는 플랜지가 있고, 그 플랜지는 제2물질을 포함하는 제2시이트로 형성되고, 상기 뚜껑과 상기 플랜지는 상기 제1물질과 상기 제2물질에 의해 상기 용기의 내측림 둘레에 형성된 맞물림파들에 의해 서로 작동적으로 결합하고, 상기 제2물질로 부터 형성된 상기 맞물림파는 상기 뚜껑이 상기 용기로 부터 작동적으로 분리될때 상기 용기 플랜지와 더불어 잔류하는 상기 제품.
  3. 제1물질의 층을 포함하는 제1시이트로 형성된 용기 뚜껑과, 기부 주변 둘레에서 상방으로 연장하는 벽을 갖는 용기로 구성되는 제품으로서, 상기 벽의 상부에는 플랜지가 있고, 상기 플랜지는 제2물질의 층을 포함하는 제2시이트로 형성되고, 상기 뚜껑과 상기 용기 플랜지는 제2시이트파와 맞물린 제1시이트파에 의해 서로 밀봉되고, 상기 맞물림파들은 상기 용기의 내측림 둘레의 상기 제1물질과 상기 제2물질에 의해 각각 형성되고, 상기 제2물질로 형성된 상기 맞물림파는 상기 뚜껑이 상기 용기로 부터 박리될때 상기 용기 플랜지와 더불어 잔류하는 상기 제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1시이트파의 마루면은 그 마루면의 말단부에 배치된 제1시이트와 정점을 포함하고, 마루면을 갖는 상기 제2시이트파는 그 마루면의 말단부에 배치된 제2시이트파 정점을 더 포함하고, 상기 파들은 상기 제1시이트파 정점과 상기 제2시이트파 정점 사이에 맞물림 지역을 형성하도록 그 정점들 사이에 겹쳐지는 상기 제품.
  5. -밀봉해야 할 지역을 따라 제1시이트를 제2시이트의 제2물질부분과 직접 밀접하게 접촉시키면서, 뚜껑을 형성하는 상기 제1시이트의 제1물질 부분을 상기 밀봉해야할 지역을 따라 가열하는 단계로서, 상기 제2시이트는 상기 용기의 상기부 주변둘레에 플랜지를 형성하고, 상기 제1물질은 상기 제2물질보다 낮은 용융온도를 가지며, 상기 제1물질의 부분을 용융 또는 연화하기에 충분한 시간 및 온도로 상기 가열이 행해지는 상기 가열단계, -적어도 상기 용기의 내측림에 예비 제1시이트파를 형성하도록, 상기 밀봉해야할 지역을 따라 상기 제1시이트와 상기 제2시이트에 압력을 가하는 단계, -상기 제2물질의 부분을 용융 또는 연화시키도록 상기 제2시이트의 부분을 충분히 가열하는 단계, -상기 제2시이트의 용융된 또는 연화된 부분이 상기 예비 제1시이트파 안으로 흘러 제2시이트파를 형성하는 단계, 및 -상기 예비 제1시이트파의 부분을 상기 제2시이트파 아래로 변위시켜, 상기 뚜껑이 상기 용기에서 분리될때 그 용기에 상기 제2시이트파가 잔류하도록 적어도 상기 용기의 내측림 둘레에 상기 제1물질 및 상기 제2물질의 맞물림파들을 형성하는 단계로 구성되는, 용기에 뚜껑을 결합하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 시이트를 가열하는 상기 단계는, -밀봉 헤드의 가열된 성형면을 아래로 구동하여, 상기 제1시이트를 통해 상기 제2시이트안으로 열에너지를 전달하기에 충분한 기간동안 상기 제1시이트와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 용기에 뚜껑을 결합하는 방법.
