Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE áCIDOS CARBOXìLICOS SATURADOS, COM 1 A 4 áTOMOS DE C"<D>. Objeto da invenção é um processo para preparação de ácidos carboxílicos saturados, com 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, por oxidação de fase gasosa, a uma temperatura de reação de 100°C a 400°C e a pressões de 1,2^ .^10^ 5^ 51^ .^10^ 5^ Pa, na presença de C~ 4~-hidrocarbonetos saturados e/ou insaturados, um gás contendo oxigênio e vapor de água, na presença de pelo menos um catalisador, sendo que o gás de saída da reação é reconduzido, em parte, em uma circulação de gás de reação, caracterizado pelo fato de que a circulação de gás de reação é realizada de tal modo que uma parte dos ácidos orgânicos formados na oxidação da fase gasosa é retirada do gás de saída da reação, de modo que a fração de ácido na fração reconduzida do gás de saída da reação importa entre 0,01 a 6% em volume.
