Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FIBRAGEM EM MODO CONTìNUO DE PRé-FORMAS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE FIBRAS óTICAS"<D>. No processo de fibragem em modo contínuo de pré-formas para a fabricação de uma fibra ótica, desloca-se de acordo com um eixo de fibragem (L) uma primeira pré-forma (3) que é estirada em fibra ótica (11) através de um forno de fibragem (9) disposto no eixo de fibragem, e desloca-se de acordo com o eixo de fibragem uma segunda pré-forma (13) que é soldada ponta com ponta com a primeira pré-forma (3) para ser estirada em fibra ótica (11) na seq³ência da primeira pré-forma (3). A soldagem ponta com ponta das duas pré-formas é realizada deslocando-se uma laser de potência (19) de acordo com o eixo de fibragem (L) e subordinando-se seu deslocamento ao deslocamento das duas pré-formas (3, 13) para manter um feixe de laser (23) emitido pelo laser de potência, a uma mesma altura que as duas pontas a soldar (3A, 13A), o que permite reduzir consideravelmente a zona afetada pela soldagem e não poluir a superfície lateral das duas pré-formas a montante e a jusante da soldagem.
