Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Messung physikalischer Grössen, insbesondere zur Temperaturmessung, wird vorgeschlagen, bei der mit einem oder mehreren Lichtwellenleitern Licht einer Lichtquelle in einen als Mikropartikel ausgebildeten optischen Resonatoren eingekoppelt und aus diesem wieder ausgekoppelt wird. Um eine möglichst günstige optische und mechanische Ankopplung des Resonators an einen Lichtwellenleiter zu erreichen, wird der Resonator in einer am Lichtleiter gebildeten Aussparung angeordnet und dort mechanisch gehalten und optisch an den Lichtleiter angekoppelt. Der Lichtleiter kann als Hohlleiter ausgebildet sein. Alternativ wird eine keilförmige Messspitze mit zwei aufeinander zulaufenden Stegen vorgeschlagen, zwischen denen in einem vorderen Teil der Messspitze der Resonator angeordnet ist, wobei die Stege aus Lichtleiter-Material bestehen oder einen Teil aus Lichtleiter-Material aufweisen und an mindestens eine mit der Lichtquelle verbundene Lichtleiter-Faser angekoppelt sind.
