Abstract

"ESTEIRA TRANSPORTADORA, MóDULO E SISTEMA TRANSPORTADOR". Uma esteira transportadora para a condução de produtos numa direção de transporte entre pelo menos duas rodas defletoras. A esteira transportadora compreende um número de módulos de plásticos consecutivos na direção de transporte e se estendendo transversalmente à direção de transporte, cujos módulos, na direção de transporte, cada um tem os seus lados dianteiro e traseiro munidos de lupes de articulação. Os lupes de articulação dos módulos que se sucedem entre na direção de transporte cooperam e são acoplados por intermédio de pinos de junção se estendendo transversalmente à direção de transporte. As faces superiores dos módulos conjuntamente constituem uma superfície transportadora. Os módulos individualmente são munidos de aberturas atravessantes se estendendo substancialmente de forma transversal à face de transporte, e com uma face superior substancialmente plana na qual pelo menos é prevista uma ranhura, se estendendo na direção transportadora. Os módulos são acoplados de maneira que a face ou superfície transportadora compreende uma fenda substancialmente retilínea se estendendo na direção de transporte através da extenção da esteira transportadora. A pelo menos uma ranhura de preferência é dotada de duas superfícies de parede lateral conectadas através de uma base.
